  • •Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • •Strong knowledge of specifications and analytical methods
  • •Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards
  • •Comfortable with QMS/LIMS/MES systems
  • •Communicate with clarity and influence
  • •Experienced in conducting value-adding audits
  • •Proficient in German and English
  • •Thrive in a dynamic environment

Tasks

  • •Assess and audit suppliers remotely and on-site.
  • •Build risk-based supplier control plans.
  • •Design incoming inspection and screening approaches.
  • •Set sampling plans and acceptance criteria.
  • •Establish quarantine and disposition workflows.
  • •Review incoming lots against control plans.
  • •Use dashboards to spot issues early.
  • •Coordinate release or quarantine of lots.
  • •Lead supplier nonconformities from triage to analysis.
  • •Facilitate 8D problem-solving with suppliers.
  • •Verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • •Partner with suppliers to improve quality.
  • •Maintain supplier scorecards and risk heatmaps.
  • •Report KPIs on quality and delivery performance.
  • •Recommend mitigations like dual-sourcing strategies.
