Requirements

  • Erfahrung im Verkauf, Promotion, Retail oder Travel-Retail
  • Führungserfahrung, Teamführung oder Coaching
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verkaufstalent
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Flexibilität für wechselnde Einsatzzeiten (Wochenenden & Feiertage)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Promoter:innen
  • Durchführung von Feedback- und Entwicklungsgesprächen
  • Coaching zur Optimierung von Kundenansprache und Verkaufsperformance
  • Planung und Begleitung von Onboardings, Trainings und Schnuppertagen
  • Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung und Verkaufsqualität
  • Kontrolle von Präsentationsflächen, Dekoration und Aktionsumsetzung
  • Organisation von Promotionstarts und -abschlüssen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Reportings
  • Ansprechpartner für Stores, Marken und Activity Manager:innen
  • Abstimmung von Einsatzzeiten nach Kundenfrequenz und Flugaufkommen
  • Umsetzung von Marken- und Retailvorgaben
  • Regelmäßiges Feedback an interne Teams und Auftraggeber
  • Kurzfristige Einsatzplanung und Umbesetzungen bei Ausfällen
  • Koordination von Materialien, Outfits und Aktionsmechaniken
