Tasks

  • Develop and manage a team of 20-25 employees
  • Strive for safety and quality in all tasks

  • Coordinate team activities with SR Technics stakeholders
  • Promote a positive safety culture
  • Communicate and implement safety and quality policies
  • Ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives, manuals, and documentation
  • Lead a multi-cultural team
  • Foster performance, engagement, and a positive work environment
  • Set and follow up on performance targets
  • Apply performance management processes
  • Motivate employees through structured follow-ups
  • Plan and allocate resources for high productivity
