- •Willingness to travel up to 5%
- •Electrical engineering training, technician, master, or comparable
- •5 years manufacturing maintenance experience
- •5 years technical and disciplinary leadership
- •Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, PLC, SAP
- •Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and project experience
- •Good command of English
- •Communication, teamwork, hands-on mentality, customer orientation

- •Manage the electrical workshop both technically and disciplinarily
- •Implement modern maintenance strategies aligned with company goals
- •Develop the workshop according to TPM principles
- •Ensure timely execution of mandatory inspections
- •Advance the workshop using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- •Take responsibility for occupational health and safety
- •Collaborate on projects with specialist departments and contractors
- •Conduct and initiate comprehensive risk assessments
- •Prepare detailed statistics and presentations
- •Coordinate and supervise external service providers
- •Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards
- •Monitor and meet schedule and cost objectives
