- Manage daily warehouse processes such as goods receipt, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
- Oversee system operations using SAP WM, Mobisys, and Autostore, including KPI reporting and ensuring inventory and process quality
- Prepare and conduct inventory audits, coordinating with accounting and auditing teams
- Implement continuous improvement methods like 5S and Lean, standardizing processes and ensuring workplace safety
- Manage interfaces with internal departments and transport service providers, handling escalation management
