Description

In this role, you will oversee warehouse operations, leading the team and managing daily processes while ensuring quality and safety standards. Your focus will be on continuous improvement and effective communication with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• •Completed training in warehouse or logistics
• •Further training as a master or technician advantageous
• •Experience in leading a warehouse team
• •Very good knowledge of SAP WM
• •Experience with Autostore systems ideally
• •Experience in shift operations
• •Experience in managing performance indicators
• •Experience in change and transformation processes
• •Clear and practical communication
• •Very good German language skills

Tasks

• •Lead and schedule the warehouse team, including coaching and training
• •Manage daily warehouse processes such as goods receipt, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• •Oversee system operations using SAP WM, Mobisys, and Autostore, including KPI reporting and ensuring inventory and process quality
• •Prepare and conduct inventory audits, coordinating with accounting and auditing teams
• •Implement continuous improvement methods like 5S and Lean, standardizing processes and ensuring workplace safety
• •Manage interfaces with internal departments and transport service providers, handling escalation management
