In this internship, you will engage in customer support, manage content for travel programs, and analyze digital marketing campaigns. This role will provide valuable insights into the tourism industry while enhancing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Tasks

• •Manage customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• •Create and maintain camp content on the platform
• •Update programs and add new trips and travel descriptions
• •Develop FAQs and illustrations for the content
• •Analyze online marketing campaigns using professional tracking tools
• •Gain insights into SEO and social media marketing channels
