Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, automation, or related field
  • •Relevant experience in power transmission, especially in substations and high-voltage switchgear
  • •Strong knowledge of high-voltage technologies
  • •Good understanding of HV substation design and auxiliary systems
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and MS Visio
  • •Independent, flexible, and proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • •Category B driving licence
  • •Fluency in German and very good command of English

Tasks

  • •Lead management of technical packages for primary and auxiliary systems
  • •Provide technical expertise on primary and auxiliary power systems
  • •Define and develop requirements and scopes of work for HV substations
  • •Draft and review technical guidelines for HV primary equipment
  • •Review and approve HV equipment documentation
  • •Perform quality assurance through factory acceptance tests
  • •Conduct on-site commissioning of HV primary equipment
  • •Prepare tender documents and manage the tendering process
  • •Evaluate offers and ensure compliance with specifications
  • •Collaborate with project manager and package managers on reporting
  • •Manage budgeting, scheduling, and order placement
  • •Coordinate site activities to ensure project success
  • •Ensure compliance with technical customer requirements and safety standards
