- Collaborate with development teams to enhance product
- Improve client onboarding experience
- Shorten project delivery timeframes
- Develop scalable, repeatable processes
- Communicate clearly with DACH clients
- Resolve implementation issues efficiently
- Build long-term client relationships
- Design training materials for the team
- Create standard operating procedures
- Manage implementation projects
- Coordinate necessary resources for project success
- Serve as subject matter authority in client conversations
- Contribute to Clearwater’s regional growth
