As a Style Advisor, you will engage with customers by sharing your passion for fashion and helping them find the perfect fit. Your role involves building relationships, educating clients on products, and ensuring the store meets visual and operational standards.

Requirements

• •Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• •Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• •Professional verbal and written communication skills

• •Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Tasks

• •Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise
• •Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of products
• •Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• •Build relationships to enhance client loyalty through the Radically Personal program
• •Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively according to visual guidelines
• •Maintain store standards and operations to meet company expectations
• •Perform additional duties as assigned by the store leadership team
