As a Style Advisor, you will engage with customers by sharing your passion for fashion and helping them find their perfect style. Your role involves building relationships, educating clients on products, and ensuring the store meets visual and operational standards.

Requirements

• •Experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• •Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• •Professional verbal and written communication skills
• •Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture

Tasks

• •Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise
• •Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of products
• •Practice professional salesmanship to achieve sales metrics
• •Build relationships to enhance client loyalty through the Radically Personal program
• •Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively according to visual guidelines
• •Maintain store standards and operations as per company policies
• •Perform additional duties as assigned by the store leadership team
