  • Wertschätzendes und offenes Menschenbild

Tasks

  • Menschen mit Behinderung pädagogisch und sozial betreuen
  • Menschen mit Behinderung individuell fördern
  • Die individuelle Teilhabeplanung erstellen
  • Mit Eltern, Betreuer:innen und Behörden zusammenarbeiten
  • Detaillierte Entwicklungsberichte verfassen
  • Die Umsetzung der Teilhabeplanung steuern und überwachen

  • Bachelor's degree
