Requirements

  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, Umgang mit IT-Applikationen

Tasks

  • Beteiligungs-Datenbank warten und aktualisieren
  • Auswertungen und Reports erstellen
  • Datenüberprüfungen und Quality Checks durchführen
  • Als Ansprechpartner:in für Data Entry User fungieren
  • E-Mail-Inbox aktiv und selbstständig monitoren
  • Bei Projekten unterstützen
  • Administrative Unterstützung leisten
  • Elektronisch archivieren

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

Languages
