Dein Alltag reicht von der Event-Organisation bis hin zur administrativen Begleitung spannender Projekte an der Schnittstelle von Wissenschaft und Politik.

Requirements

  • •Laufendes Studium der Kommunikations-/Sozialwissenschaften, Informatik, Kulturwissenschaften, Verwaltungs-/Wirtschaftsbereiche oder vergleichbar
  • •Spaß an Organisation und Kommunikation sowie Telefoniebereitschaft
  • •Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • •Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • •Erfahrung mit CiviCRM oder einem anderen CRM-System
  • •Grundkenntnisse in Typo3
  • •Erste Erfahrung in Community-Management, Outreach oder Eventorganisation

  • •Mitgliederkommunikation und Events mitgestalten
  • •Community-Formate, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Projektmanagement begleiten
  • •Daten in CiviCRM pflegen
  • •Administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben übernehmen
  • •Merchandise und Druckmaterialien versenden
  • •Veranstaltungen der Gesellschaft für Informatik mit aufbauen
