Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree program or similar
  • Interest in institutional clients and investor onboarding
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • High level of trust, discretion, and professionalism
  • Keen eye for detail-oriented administrative tasks
  • Efficiency, accuracy, organization, and flexibility
  • Strong ability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with database management is a bonus

Tasks

  • Validate and update investor data for accuracy
  • Execute administrative and operational requests
  • Contribute to projects enhancing internal processes
  • Review documentation for FATCA and CRS compliance
  • Coordinate between departments to resolve queries

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
