Requirements
- Enrolled student in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data, or AI-related studies
- Interest in IT operations, digital workplace technologies, cybersecurity, and AI
- Structured, reliable, and supervised work environment
- Willingness to learn and participate in operational tasks and projects
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Service- and solution-oriented mindset
- Basic Microsoft 365 experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- General interest in IT systems, tools, and digital technologies
- Fluency in English
- German language skills are a plus
Tasks
- Support Service Desk operations
- Assist with IT Workplace Operations
- Handle ticket categorization and analysis
- Follow up on and report tickets
- Onboard and offboard users
- Manage asset handling and tracking
- Coordinate device setup
- Provide basic troubleshooting support
- Participate in IT projects
- Contribute to cybersecurity projects
- Support AI-related projects
- Perform practical support tasks
- Test IT tools and services
- Coordinate project activities
- Document project processes
- Support IT tool rollouts
- Prepare and validate IT tools
- Guide users on IT tools
- Collect user feedback
- Prepare meeting notes
- Summarize meetings
- Create simple reports
- Update status reports
- Complete other support tasks as assigned
