- Monitor internal servers and hosted tools
- Perform basic server maintenance tasks
- Ensure regular backups and data integrity checks
- Document IT procedures and configurations
- Identify opportunities to streamline IT workflows
- Maintain records of software licenses and system configurations
- Follow IT security guidelines
- Support implementation of best practices
- Enforce password policies
- Implement device encryption
