- •Degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar
- •Experience in aircraft structural analysis
- •Skills in FE Modelling techniques
- •Experience with stress and fatigue tools
- •Knowledge of standard stress analysis methods
- •Knowledge of design, manufacturing, and materials
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Ability to obtain Ü2 clearance
Education
Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Analyze metal and carbon fiber structural components
- •Integrate systems and equipment using FEM methods
- •Generate, validate, and assess FEM results
- •Apply traditional justification methods and tools
- •Perform trade-off analyses for design solutions
- •Prepare analysis reports for airframe qualification
- •Assess damages and develop in-service aircraft repairs
- •Support the design office and mechanical installations
- •Assist manufacturing and assembly lines
- •Evaluate concessions and technical deviations
- •Communicate with stakeholders and adjacent departments
