Requirements

  • •Degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar
  • •Experience in aircraft structural analysis
  • •Solid FE Modelling techniques skills
  • •Experience with stress and fatigue tools
  • •Knowledge of standard stress analysis methods
  • •Knowledge of design, manufacturing, and materials
  • •Fluent German and English skills

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Analyze metal and carbon fiber structural components
  • •Integrate systems and equipment using FEM methods
  • •Generate, validate, and assess FEM results
  • •Apply traditional justification methods and tools
  • •Perform trade-off analyses for design solutions
  • •Prepare analysis reports for airframe qualification
  • •Assess damages and develop in-service aircraft repairs
  • •Support the Design Office and mechanical system installation
  • •Evaluate manufacturing concessions and deviations
  • •Communicate with stakeholders and adjacent departments
