Tasks
- Support M&A project execution and coordination

- Prepare key workstreams for M&A
- Collaborate with internal and external M&A stakeholders
- Assist in organizing due diligence activities
- Coordinate with external M&A advisors
- Ensure timely and high-quality M&A deliverables
- Prepare presentations for senior management
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Prepare briefing materials for senior management
- Contribute to Executive Committee discussions
- Contribute to Board-level stakeholder discussions
- Support structural analysis for group strategy
- Prepare content for group strategy
- Manage projects within the strategy department
- Work with VP Corporate Strategy on portfolio assessments
- Work with CEO Office on portfolio assessments
- Evaluate strategic partnerships
- Execute high priority strategic initiatives
