- Support real-time dashboards and KPI reports
- Extract, analyze, and present data using SQL
- Identify data system gaps and propose scalable solutions
- Document standard operating procedures
- Ensure processes are defined, accessible, and followed
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Provide analytical and operational support
- Track progress of strategic initiatives
- Coordinate teams for updates
- Remove project blockers
- Follow up on action items
- Ensure stakeholder accountability
- Own high-priority ad hoc projects
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
