- Lead Lending initiatives from design to execution

- Conduct SQL deep dives and budget building
- Oversee the full lifecycle of N26 Lending products
- Analyze business performance to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize Lending products using quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Monitor product and project performance with data insights
- Develop expertise in Lending segment KPIs and processes
- Act as central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product & Tech, Legal & Compliance, Customer Operations, Banking Operations, Marketing, and external partners
