Requirements
- 4+ years experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, data & analytics, AI, or related field
- Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage client stakeholders independently
- Strong consulting toolkit: structured problem solving, storylining, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management
- Ability to turn ambiguity into actionable recommendations
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, automation, app builders, workflow orchestration, data products, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives
- Experience with n8n, Power Automate, Claude (Chat, Code, Cowork), Azure, AWS, LangChain, or CrewAI
- Technology depth to shape solution approaches across AI tooling, cloud platforms, automation stacks, and agent frameworks
- Translate client ambition into buildable prototypes and scalable delivery patterns
- Solid understanding of data strategy, data governance, and data foundation concepts
- Understanding of how data concepts enable enterprise-grade AI, analytics, and workflow automation
- Comfortable working from strategy into build
- Ability to shape prototypes, pilots, assets, workflows, or implementation-oriented deliverables with technical teams
- Strong builder mindset
- Credibility in front of clients and teams
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Business-proficient German (C1) for Zurich
- Business-proficient French (C1) for Geneva
Tasks
- Lead substantial workstreams in AI strategy, data transformation, and operating model design
- Facilitate practical deployment of AI agents, copilots, and data-enabled transformation
- Apply frontier AI approaches and partner capabilities to shape buildable solutions
- Own workstreams from problem framing to delivery support
- Lead client discussions on AI strategy, governance, and value realization
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical solutions and pilots
- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture
- Support the development of new offerings and thought leadership
- Contribute to market-facing assets in agentic AI and AI governance
