Requirements

  • PhD in relevant field with substantial industry experience
  • Technical expertise in computing and SoC architectures (CPU/GPU cores, AI accelerators)
  • Technical expertise in AI/ML algorithms and hardware implementations
  • Technical expertise in signal processing (Image/Video or baseband) and hardware implementations
  • Technical expertise in low-power design for computing chipsets/systems
  • Technical expertise in advanced semiconductor technologies (Heterogeneous integration (3DIC), optoelectronics, thermal management)
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Self-driven learning
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
  • Adaptability to ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Project leadership skills
  • Collaborative approach
  • Willingness to travel (Europe and internationally)
  • Relationship-building skills
  • English fluency (written & spoken)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Tasks

  • Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies
  • Evaluate commercial potential of technologies
  • Produce high-impact technology analysis reports
  • Conduct early-stage feasibility studies and simulations
  • Define and drive corporate and BU innovation programs
  • Ensure alignment with long-term objectives
  • Manage international network and external partners
  • Influence product development strategies
  • Support prototyping for technical assessments
  • Organize and facilitate internal seminars
  • Maintain technical exchanges with partners
