- Experience in managing a Book of Business
- Track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to establish trusted advisor relationship with clients
- Successful onboarding of new clients
- Coordination and leading of regular client check-ins
- Light video editing using the Synthesia platform
- Retention and growth of enterprise clients
- Ensuring ROI and value understood by clients
- German Native or Bilingual Proficiency
- Based in Europe
Tasks
- Build relationships with clients
- Educate clients on video content creation
- Collaborate with sales for onboarding
- Engage in business and technical conversations
- Manage a Book of Business and KPIs
- Identify growth opportunities and manage risk
- Establish trusted advisor relationships
- Onboard new clients successfully
- Coordinate regular client check-ins
- Lead discussions on client health and opportunities
- Perform light video editing using the Synthesia platform
- Ensure client retention and growth
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities for clients
