- •1–4 years of relevant professional experience
- •Experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, SaaS, marketplace, strategy, or consulting ideally
- •Understanding of digital business models and platform economics
- •B2B marketplace experience as a strong plus
- •Strong analytical mindset and problem-structuring skills
- •High proficiency in data analysis, KPIs, and financial modelling
- •Experience preparing senior-level presentations and strategic documents
- •High level of ownership, execution focus, and intellectual curiosity
- •Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
- •Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
- •Comfortable operating in international, matrix-driven organizations
- •Mandatory fluent written and spoken English and German
- •Additional European languages as a strong advantage
