- •Partner with the Area Manager to maximize sales and margins
- •Oversee store sales and KPI performance
- •Prepare periodic reports on competitors and market opportunities
- •Analyze sell-through rates and coordinate with divisions on product availability
- •Develop business strategies and set achievable sales targets
- •Set personalized objectives for each team member and conduct follow-ups
- •Create a dynamic work environment to motivate employees
- •Ensure staff accountability for achieving set goals
- •Manage HR functions to support team development
- •Attract and lead a high-performance team through training and coaching
- •Motivate the team through training and celebrating successes
- •Conduct in-store briefings to set objectives and motivate staff
