Tasks
- Support management, development, and coaching of Assistant Managers and employees
- Conduct career and employee appraisals
- Record sick notes for your team
- Participate in new employee induction and training course organization
- Contribute to floor management implementation
- Model Sephora Attitude and pass on Sephora DNA
- Participate in recruitment processes and strategies
- Support achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Drive year-on-year sales growth
- Analyse key retail figures (IPT, AVB, Conversion Rate, Market Shares)
- Derive sales activities to increase store performance
- Identify and develop sales potential
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising standards
- Implement timely visual merchandising updates and animations
- Maintain order and cleanliness on the sales floor
- Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal interfaces
- Track and ensure store profitability
- Provide excellent Sephora customer service
- Focus team on customer service
- Evaluate customer feedback and implement improvements
- Surprise customers regularly
- Create staff schedules and daily deployment plans
- Manage floor zoning
- Assist in inventory implementation
- Ensure optimal availability of goods
- Manage complete goods from receipt to storage, write-offs, returns, and tester management
- Support store opening and closing
- Close cash registers
- Report and track maintenance and merchandise issues
- Ensure store compliance with Sephora Audit rules
- Participate in retail projects with Area Managers
- Foster good relationships with partners
- Handle additional daily business tasks
