Tasks
- Maintain company standards for store appearance and operation
- Conduct store audits to identify maintenance concerns
- Manage work orders and audit reports for assigned region
- Ensure vendors meet A&F performance and quality standards
- Collaborate on development of maintenance programs
- Assist in creating and managing maintenance budgets
- Develop process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
- Execute brand and construction projects, including rollouts and remodels
- Maintain positive relationships with cross-functional partners
- Support store operations, asset protection, health and safety, and real estate
Work Experience

- Bachelor's degree
