Description

In this role, you will manage the stockroom by organizing goods, ensuring product availability, and collaborating with the store team. Daily responsibilities include training others, maintaining order, and supporting sales floor replenishment.

• •Completed 3-year training in logistics or at least 3 years experience in stockroom or operations
• •Strong hands-on mentality and dynamic way of working
• •Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• •Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends is an advantage
• •Fluent in English or native language of the country

Tasks

• •Receive and organize goods in the warehouse
• •Ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor
• •Monitor inventory and maintain order in the warehouse
• •Conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability
• •Coordinate timely reordering of goods with Supply Chain
• •Ensure compliance with warehouse and safety guidelines
• •Develop expertise in warehouse organization and logistics
• •Train team members on goods handling and inventory control
• •Create efficient stockroom solutions for product launches
• •Collaborate with the store team for product availability
• •Support stocking and replenishment of the sales floor
• •Prepare products for sale, including labeling and sorting
• •Work with Visual Merchandising on space updates
• •Maintain cleanliness in the stockroom and sales floor
• •Assist with seasonal store conversions
• •Manage shrinkage through proper storage practices
• •Run the stockroom according to Sephora Audit procedures
• •Execute regular inventory counts
