Description

As a Stock Room Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from the warehouse to the sales floor. Your day-to-day tasks will involve organizing inventory, training team members, and collaborating with the store team to maintain product availability and support exciting promotions.

Requirements

• •Completed 3-year training in logistics or at least 3 years experience in stockroom or operations
• •Strong hands-on mentality and dynamic way of working
• •Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• •Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends is an advantage
• •Fluent in English or native language of the country

Tasks

• •Receive and organize goods in the warehouse
• •Ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor
• •Monitor inventory and maintain order in the warehouse
• •Conduct regular inventories and stock checks
• •Coordinate timely reordering of goods with Supply Chain
• •Ensure compliance with warehouse and safety guidelines
• •Develop personal expertise in warehouse organization
• •Train team members on goods handling and inventory control
• •Create efficient stockroom solutions for product launches
• •Collaborate with the store team for product availability
• •Support timely replenishment of the sales floor
• •Prepare products for sale by labeling and sorting
• •Work with Visual Merchandising on space updates
• •Maintain cleanliness in the stockroom and sales floor
• •Assist with seasonal store conversions
• •Manage shrinkage through proper storage
• •Run the stockroom according to Sephora Audit procedures
• •Execute regular inventory counts
