Requirements

  • •Master’s or higher degree in Automotive Engineering Control Systems or related field
  • •6+ years of experience in developing control systems for Steering and/or SbW or related chassis systems
  • •Deep understanding of vehicle dynamics principles, kinematics, and control theory
  • •Proven expertise in designing and deploying control algorithms for Steering and/or SbW or autonomous driving systems
  • •Strong communication capabilities
  • •Ability to deliver under pressure
  • •Enthusiasm for working in an international team
  • •Fluent communication skills in English
  • •Willingness to travel to China (about 20% of time)

Tasks

  • •Research and develop steering features
  • •Design and tune steering feel characteristics
  • •Integrate Steering and/or SbW systems with vehicle dynamics controllers
  • •Conduct vehicle-level testing and calibration
  • •Validate steering feel and system robustness
  • •Utilize tools to model and verify system performance
  • •Support functional safety and cybersecurity compliance for SbW systems
  • •Contribute to HMI strategy for intuitive driver interaction
