Tasks

  • Develop scoring rules and program scoring algorithms for COA measures
  • Generate standard scoring documentation for new instruments
  • Program simulation datasets and Data Quality Evaluation (DQE)
  • Score domains on simulation datasets
  • Implement advanced statistical features in data generation
  • Enhance statistical capabilities in user tools (Insights Hub, PROCore)
  • Collaborate with non-statisticians in PACT and ILS & PASS teams
  • Conduct classical and modern psychometric analyses
  • Analyze meaningful thresholds
  • Develop and validate DHT-derived measures
  • Score composite scores from multimodal data sources
  • Process and model high-frequency DHT data
  • Support algorithm validation and digital measure verification
  • Collaborate with data scientists on diverse datasets and devices
  • Support COA Accelerator team as a statistics and psychometrics expert
  • Review COA Accelerator content for client subscriptions
  • Participate in scientific thought exchanges
  • Publish research papers in medical/scientific journals
  • Represent IQVIA at internal and external conferences
