- •Experience with state estimation algorithms
- •Experience estimating vehicle motion states
- •Proficiency in C++ and/or Python
- •Familiarity with ROS / ROS2
- •Strong debugging and analytical skills
- •Experience in specialized industrial robotics
- •Knowledge of SLAM, localization, and mapping
- •Familiarity with factor graph libraries
- •Understanding of vehicle dynamics
- •Experience validating robotics systems
- •Comfort working across full stack

- •Design and implement fail-safe state estimation pipelines
- •Estimate local position, velocity, and angular rates
- •Fuse multi-sensor data using probabilistic frameworks
- •Develop filter-based and optimization-based estimators
- •Model sensor noise and failure modes
- •Integrate estimation modules with SLAM pipelines
- •Validate performance using simulation and field tests
- •Support on-machine deployment and production tuning
- •Collaborate with perception and controls engineers
