Requirements

  • •Master's degree in electrical engineering
  • •Experience with Statcom and HV equipment
  • •Basic knowledge in electrical network calculation
  • •Knowledge in HV/MV transformer design
  • •Knowledge of energy industry simulation software
  • •Experience in ITWO, SAP and MS Office
  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Knowledge of French or other languages

  • •Edit technical guidelines for Statcom components
  • •Supervise installation of plants and auxiliary systems

  • •Draft tender documents and award contracts
  • •Ensure compliance with customer requirements and safety regulations
  • •Compare technical and economic alternatives for investment decisions
  • •Collaborate with project managers on budgets and schedules
  • •Attend construction meetings and place framework orders
  • •Conduct quality control through factory and site tests
  • •Approve and check equipment and plant documentation
  • •Determine requirements for control and protection equipment
  • •Develop concepts for auxiliary power supplies
