- Ownership of challenging technical topics
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong ability to work independently and stay aligned with architecture, team, and customer needs
- Focus on detail, quality, and testing
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Experience with industry standards (ECSS, DO-178, IEC 61508, etc.)
- Technical lead role experience
- Software architect role experience
- Software systems engineer role experience
- Technical authority for business-critical area experience
Tasks
- Develop software hands-on (at least 50%)
- Lead complex initiatives across tasks, epics, and teams
- Contribute to technical roadmaps
- Set high standards for technical excellence and software quality
- Facilitate technical communication between software and other teams
- Ensure end-to-end system integration and coherence
- Lead and participate in design reviews and code walkthroughs
- Engage in complex technical discussions
- Mentor and guide the software team daily
- Shape the technical landscape of a modern satellite company
- Collaborate with 20+ skilled software engineers
- Participate in Reflex’s technical leadership
- Work on real satellite projects in operation and development
- Implement your technical vision with significant freedom
- Operate in a flat hierarchy with flexible, supportive management
