Requirements

  • Experience as SRE or DevOps engineer
  • Strong Linux, database, and networking skills
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability

  • Pragmatic approach to system maintenance

  • Knowledge of MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis

  • Partner with engineers to resolve infrastructure pain points
  • Drive initiatives for automated reliability and scalability
  • Optimize platform cost-efficiency
  • Collaborate with teams to improve operational resilience
  • Design smart alerts and observability tools
  • Monitor and drive better performance metrics
  • Lead incident response and blameless postmortems
  • Manage deployments using Kubernetes and GitLab
  • Report directly to the CTO as a reliability leader
