Requirements

  • •PhD in applied Reinforcement Learning, Visuomotor Policy Learning, or related field
  • •Advanced proficiency in JAX, Python, and C++
  • •Extensive experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • •Strong theoretical foundation in state-of-the-art algorithms
  • •Proven track record of transferring RL algorithms to production
  • •Experience with Diffusion Policies, World Models, VLA models, or Offline RL
  • •Expertise in integrating tactile/force sensing and computer vision
  • •Experience handling soft or linear deformable objects
  • •Proficiency in training on massive multimodal datasets
  • •Hands-on experience with industrial-grade automation equipment
  • •Willingness to travel internationally
