Requirements
- Graduate in electronic engineering
- Automotive market experience, understanding of Carmakers and Tier 1 requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of embedded Microcontrollers and Eco-systems
- Proven track record of Product definition and requirement management
- Good understanding of marketing concepts (Go-To-Market plans) and customer expectations

- Customer negotiations

- Functional Safety / Security
- Embedded Software
Tasks
- Support Renesas Automotive Microcontrollers
- Collect and follow up on global customer requirements
- Coordinate projects with major automotive customers
- Work with internal marketing teams to define roadmaps
- Collaborate with design section on product roadmaps
- Support internal 1st and 2nd level support teams
- Work with sales teams to execute customer promotion strategies
- Coordinate with Renesas Japan for effective information exchange
- Report performance indicators to upper management
- Develop and drive market introduction plans globally
- Ensure availability of complete product packages
- Drive responsible departments for market introduction
- Train sales force on assigned products
- Produce public marketing materials
