Requirements

  • •Experience with Product Management of Data Platforms or similar internal platform
  • •Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing
  • •Deep understanding of data protection and regulatory compliance in medical context
  • •Hands-on experience in data engineering or related fields
  • •Experience building data platforms for quickly scaled up companies
  • •Sufficient understanding of data domain and technology for effective communication
  • •Domain expertise
  • •Ability to facilitate tactical decision-making
  • •Alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
  • •Ownership of Data Platform team’s outcomes
  • •Leadership by influence

Tasks

  • •Translate customer and business needs into product vision
  • •Own accountability for the success of the Data Platform
  • •Define the future of internal platforms at Orbem
  • •Lead product definition and delivery for the next generation of the Data Platform
  • •Enable rapid development, analytics, and innovation with accessible data
  • •Analyze product KPIs and user feedback to monitor performance
  • •Communicate and align with internal customers to identify product opportunities
  • •Clarify priorities and align on the product roadmap
  • •Ensure shared understanding of product goals with the engineering team
  • •Lead strategic planning and decision-making processes
  • •Take ownership of the Data Platform team's outcomes
  • •Drive successful delivery of Data Platform improvements
  • •Align cross-functional stakeholders on data platform priorities
  • •Facilitate tactical decision-making by synthesizing feedback and information
