Staff Product Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

You manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery while overseeing testing, compliance, and customer support. Your role includes optimizing processes and meeting key performance indicators in product development.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• •12+ years experience in product engineering
• •Familiarity with ATE tester platforms
• •Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuitry
• •Experience with common lab test equipment
• •Familiarity with JEDEC/AEC qualification standards
• •Experience in yield management tools
• •Ability to manage supplier excursions
• •Knowledge of Semiconductor Failure Analysis
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •A good team player

Tasks

• •Own full PE product lifecycle from concept to end of life.
• •Define ATE test, qualification, and manufacturing plans.
• •Release products into manufacturing per tier 1-customer requirements.
• •Prepare datasheets and automotive compliance reports.
• •Provide real-time customer support for design and quality issues.
• •Characterize temperature, voltage, and processes; set production limits.
• •Manage new product introduction and yield ownership.
• •Release and maintain product BOM.
• •Manage excursions for suppliers and customers.
• •Utilize yield tools for improvement and monitoring; generate weekly reports.
• •Achieve KPIs in NPI execution, product cost, quality performance, and failure analysis.
• •Optimize PAT, SYL, SBL, and SPC limits to protect quality.
