  • •Strong expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design
  • •Experience designing complex systems that scale across features and teams
  • •Experience working with or contributing to design systems
  • •Familiarity with cloud platforms or developer tools (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD, DevOps tooling)
  • •Highly opinionated about quality with judgment to balance speed and craft
  • •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements
  • •Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority
  • •Deep commitment to exquisite craftsmanship and pride in details
  • •Enthusiasm, curiosity, and positive energy

  • •Design refined, scalable UI patterns for complex workflows

  • •Translate product requirements into intuitive, elegant interfaces
  • •Partner with engineering teams to ensure fidelity in shipped UI
  • •Provide thoughtful critique to elevate the visual design standard
  • •Base UI and interaction decisions on customer needs and usability feedback
