Staff Product Designer, UI focused(m/w/x)

Description

As a UI-focused Product Designer, you will elevate the visual quality and usability of complex product areas by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces that enhance the user experience and drive product success.

Requirements

• •5+ years of hands-on product design experience
• •Portfolio demonstrating exceptional strong UI & interaction craft
• •Strong expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design
• •Experience designing complex systems that scale across features and teams
• •Experience working with or contributing to design systems
• •Familiarity with cloud platforms or developer tools (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD, DevOps tooling)
• •Highly opinionated about quality with judgment to balance speed and craft
• •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements
• •Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority
• •Deep commitment to exquisite craftsmanship and pride in details
• •Enthusiasm, curiosity, and positive energy

Tasks

• •Own the presentation layer and interaction quality of major product areas
• •Design refined, scalable UI patterns for complex workflows
• •Enhance visual clarity and cohesion through layout, typography, and color
• •Collaborate with Design Systems to evolve components and patterns
• •Drive design work from concept to execution with Product Management and Engineering
• •Translate product requirements into intuitive, elegant interfaces
• •Partner with engineering teams to ensure fidelity in shipped UI
• •Provide thoughtful critique to elevate the visual design standard
• •Base UI and interaction decisions on customer needs and usability feedback
• •Evaluate existing experiences to identify improvement opportunities
• •Measure post-launch outcomes and refine visual and interaction details
