Description

In this role, you will transform data into impactful strategies for the Logistics Help Center, driving automation and predictive modeling while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• •6+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role
• •Deep understanding of A/B test design, causal inference, and statistical analysis
• •Ability to translate abstract business goals into concrete analytics roadmaps
• •Expert-level SQL skills with practical experience on large-scale data platforms
• •Solid Python skills for complex analytics, automation, and data visualisation
• •Proven ability to design, build, and optimize data pipelines
• •Proven track record of building actionable data-stories and dashboards
• •Demonstrated experience mentoring junior analysts and leading high-impact projects

Tasks
