- Balance long-term research with hands-on development
- Guide development of enablement materials for mixture-of-architecture models
- Guide development of blueprints for mixture-of-architecture models
- Enable model training on federated data sources
- Collaborate cross-functionally on value propositions
- Collaborate cross-functionally on partnering ambitions
- Stay updated on foundation model research
- Apply research insights to technical concepts
- Develop ideas for model architectures
- Inform R&D team backlogs and roadmaps
- Perform deep hands-on work
- Train and evaluate foundation models
