Staff Machine Learning Engineer (AI Product Lab)(m/w/x)

Description

You develop machine learning software for advertising, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions while keeping up with advancements in ML.

Requirements

• •8+ years of experience in software development
• •5+ years of experience in machine learning services
• •4+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure
• •Fluent in Python; C++ or Java is a plus
• •Demonstrated experience in technical direction
• •Experience in coaching and mentoring engineers
• •Hands-on experience with ML frameworks
• •Knowledge of MLOps concepts and tools
• •Experience in feature engineering and model evaluation
• •Strong foundation in linear algebra and statistics
• •Experience building scalable data pipelines
• •Experience maintaining services under SLA
• •Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach
• •Passion for solving customer challenges quickly
• •Adaptability and resilience in challenges
• •Strong communication skills in English
• •M.Sc. in a relevant field is preferred
• •Willingness to work in a hybrid capacity
