- Deep experience building backend services with modern Java and Spring Boot
- Staff level technical leadership across architecture, implementation, and cross-team
- Experience in microservices and event-driven architectures
- Design for reliability, scalability, idempotency, and maintainability
- Experience with PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, Flyway, Redis, and Kafka

Tasks
- Design and build reliable backend services
- Evolve scalable Java and Spring Boot services
- Lead cross-team technical initiatives
- Drive topics from idea to production
- Work with REST and gRPC APIs
- Implement event-driven flows
- Utilize PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Flyway
- Deliver robust customer-facing solutions
- Enhance architecture, observability, and performance
- Improve security and testing practices
- Optimize developer experience in a cloud-native environment
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership
- Conduct code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Use AI-assisted tooling pragmatically
- Define sensible engineering practices
