Tasks
- Own and fix customer issues from start to finish
- Offer, advocate, and implement IT best practices
- Manage projects for device, identity, and user lifecycles
- Automate manual processes in IT
- Help end users with everyday issues
- Trace issues to root causes and implement lasting fixes
- Lead building an internal backend for data and business logic
- Use Terraform and Git for critical systems
- Define and implement user authentication rules
- Build role-based access control and birthright access
- Tackle people-data challenges
- Fix problems at the root cause
- Address interrupt-driven and systemic issues
