Requirements

  • •Experience architecting and operating complex user-facing applications
  • •Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
  • •Strong understanding of system architecture and API design
  • •Familiarity with GraphQL and GraphQL Federation
  • •Experience building developer tools for technical users
  • •Ability to lead technical direction and resolve ambiguous challenges
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • •Self-starter with a leader’s mindset

Tasks

  • •Design and ship LLM Agents and Agent Workflows
  • •Shape frameworks, practices, and systems for scalability and security
  • •Own the technical direction of major AI initiatives
  • •Influence architectural decisions from backend APIs to frontend integration
  • •Ensure reliability and enterprise readiness of AI systems
  • •Deliver exceptional developer and user experience
  • •Code, review, and mentor engineering peers
  • •Collaborate directly with customers
  • •Guide senior and mid-level engineers as a mentor
  • •Engage with users through Slack channels and calls
  • •Drive the architectural vision for AI systems
  • •Take ownership of complex AI features from design to production
  • •Align frontend, backend, and AI workflows for a cohesive experience
  • •Embed security and compliance into system design
  • •Anticipate scaling challenges and design for resilience
  • •Establish monitoring, observability, and CI/CD standards
  • •Conduct code and design reviews to raise quality
  • •Document architectural decisions and share knowledge
  • •Represent WunderGraph in the AI/engineering community
  • •Assist in hiring and building an exceptional engineering team
