You will shape the security landscape by leading the identity strategy, ensuring seamless and secure access across all digital platforms while mentoring teams on modern protocols.

Requirements

• •8+ years software engineering and distributed systems design
• •Experience with large-scale authentication and authorization systems
• •Background in cloud-native architectures and microservices
• •Experience implementing OAuth2, OIDC, or similar protocols
• •Secure service-to-service communication design skills
• •Comfortable with Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• •Clear English communication and German knowledge

Tasks

• •Define the company-wide identity architecture
• •Own the end-to-end authentication model
• •Design scalable identity solutions
• •Establish multi-tenant access control patterns
• •Lead implementation of modern security protocols

• •Secure API access and gateway enforcement
• •Create reusable security libraries and SDKs
• •Design identity-aware Zero Trust infrastructure
• •Integrate authentication into Kubernetes environments
• •Secure event-driven and messaging systems
• •Collaborate on threat modeling and risk reduction
• •Provide a shared identity platform for engineers
• •Standardize authentication flows across domains
• •Mentor teams on security best practices
• •Balance security guarantees with developer experience
• •Support GDPR-aligned data minimization strategies
