Staff Engineer, EMEA Customer Quality Engineering (CQE)(m/w/x)

Description

You will act as a vital link between the company and its key clients, driving quality improvements and solving complex technical challenges to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• •Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• •Master’s degree or higher preferred
• •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• •Background in quality systems and semiconductors
• •Excellent analytical and communication skills
• •Experience in project and account management
• •Understanding of semiconductor quality and reliability
• •Understanding of Automotive quality requirements
• •Data analysis skills for semiconductor manufacturing
• •Strong prioritization and organization skills
• •Ability to work in global organizations
• •Effective constructive confrontation skills
• •Ability to travel occasionally
• •Fluency in English
• •German or additional European language advantageous

Tasks

• •Manage diverse customer relationships across multiple industries
• •Communicate and manage failure analysis requests
• •Resolve technical issues and drive improvement activities
• •Oversee new product introductions including APQP and PPAP
• •Handle PCN and PDN change management and approvals
• •Conduct periodic quality reviews and status reports
• •Collaborate with sales and engineering to solve inquiries
• •Advocate for customer requirements within the organization
• •Drive quality system improvements to exceed scorecard expectations
• •Negotiate quality agreements and facilitate customer audits
• •Develop data-driven solutions for complex technical challenges
