Requirements

• •Minimum 10 years of experience with Master's degree or minimum 5 years of experience with Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field
• •Expertise in data science with emphasis on personalization and marketing communications
• •Deep understanding of machine learning principles and techniques for personalization and content creation
• •Ability to solve complex optimization problems
• •Ability to design and interpret A/B tests and quasi-experiments
• •Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities
• •Experience with customer behavior analysis and segmentation
• •Experience in leveraging Generative AI models for content generation

Tasks

• •Own and evolve the data and modeling strategy for customized journeys
• •Lead complex feature engineering initiatives to enhance decision quality
• •Design and implement machine learning approaches for personalization
• •Define standards for model validation and monitoring
• •Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• •Drive alignment on measuring and scaling personalization efforts
• •Influence roadmap decisions by framing problems in data terms
• •Contribute to build vs buy decisions for data science tools
• •Define and evolve shared decisioning frameworks and data products
• •Ensure analytical solutions are production-ready and observable
• •Mentor and guide other data scientists in analytical rigor
• •Partner with engineering to implement capabilities in production
• •Explore AI and automation to enhance decisioning and experimentation
